Privacy and your information
This page summarises the existing Catalog Mobile privacy policy in English. Consult the original policy for its full wording and contact the contracting company for requests about your data.
What information is used
The policy describes registration and contact information for sellers, including name, email and telephone, and information about buyers, including name, email, telephone and CPF/CNPJ where applicable. The purpose is to operate the service, provide support and improve the platform. The policy also allows anonymised statistical analysis.
Sharing and retention
The policy states that personal data is not sold or rented. Disclosure may occur when required by law, to service providers under confidentiality duties, or with consent. Data is retained for the time needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. This summary does not establish a new retention period.
Your choices and rights
The policy describes access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection rights, subject to applicable requirements. Consent may be withdrawn, taking legal obligations into account. Direct requests to the contracting company responsible for the system’s use. On this site, optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default and can be changed through the privacy preferences in the footer.
Security and policy changes
The policy describes technical and organisational measures to protect data and recognises that no system offers an absolute security guarantee. Its wording may change. This localised summary does not add a certification, security guarantee or contractual commitment beyond the original policy.
